How to Submit Your Film
Entry Fee:
Each entry must be accompanied by the appropriate entry fee. Entry fees are not refundable. These fees may be paid by check, money order, traveler's check, American Express, Visa, or Mastercard. (all the above made payable in US Dollars to THIRD WORLD PRESS FOUNDATION.
Multiple Entries:
You may submit more than one film or music video, but each one must be on a separate DVD and must be accompanied by its own completed submission form and entry fee.
Format:
Preview copy must be submitted on DVD
Submission Materials
For confirmation of receipt, include an E-mail address with each entry. The Festival will not confirm receipt of submitted materials by telephone or mail. It is the responsibility of the filmmaker to provide accurate E-mail information.

· Submission Form. Complete all required fields.
· DVD Preview copy: Both the case and the preview copy must be labeled with the title, running-time, and contact information. Preview copies and promotional material will be retained by the Bronzeville Cultural Festival.

ONCE YOUR FILM IS SELECTED
Each Selected Competition Filmmaker receives a minimum of one film screening, noted dates to be determined. Additionally, the Filmmaker will receive two complimentary tickets to each of the film's screenings, one ticket to the BFF “star-studded” Gala, their film featured in the 2010 BCF Program Book, and one complimentary All-Access Pass to the 2010 Bronzeville Film Festival and workshops scheduled for June 17-18, 2010.
If your film or music video is selected for exhibition, please be advised that the Festival will require:
· Contact information which should include your E-mail address and/or home and cell phone numbers
· A two copies of your DVD fully labeled with your name, name of film, length of film, registration number, and your phone number.
· Press kits with photo stills (color and/or black & white), additional promotional materials submitted on CD or DVD. The name of the film and "press Kit" must be written directly on the disc.
· Poster if available for screening day
· Head shots and Biographies of Director(s) and Writer(s)
Selected projects may be promoted through all media types and outlets for promotional purposes. In addition, BCF reserves the right to re-screen the accepted projects at events and promotional showcases featuring festival's highlights.

For all materials, shipping and handling costs to the festival office will be covered by the entrant. Preview copies (trailers) and promotional material will be retained by the festival. Ship your DVD in a protective envelope. The Festival recommends bubble-pack envelopes over fiber-pack envelopes as the fiber type can lead to damaged DVDs and DVD players. The Festival is not responsible for damage to submitted materials incurred in shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ENTRIES
All entries from outside the US should be sent Air Mail Registered or by a parcel or express service. We cannot accept entries shipped via air-freight if customs and delivery fees have not been paid.
